Gary Westernoff, our Founder and CEO, has over forty years of national planning, design and construction experience as an executive, consultant, educator, owner's representative, and board member of Community Associations. Gary earned a bachelor of arts degree in Construction Management with an architectural background, pursued executive MBA studies and is a licensed General Building Contractor in California and Hawaii. He launched the first version of constructionplace.com in 1999.
MISSION is to make the construction, real estate, and Community Association industries more transparent and efficient by providing exceptional free and affordable reporting systems, methods, and professional advice and assistance.
VISION is to see property owners, real estate and building construction professionals, and students achieve their ultimate goals.
