W.
Gary Westernoff, Founder and CEO, has over thirty
years of experience as an owner's representative, Design-Build general contractor and construction manger in Northern California and over 5 years
of Construction Management experience in Hawaii; successfully
completing hundreds of projects nationally for retail store
chains, institutional lenders, developers, architects, property
managers, and homeowner associations. This experience was accumulated
while holding executive positions with fortune 1000 national
retail companies and privately held construction management
and general contracting companies.
These positions included Vice
President of Planning and Construction for Joseph Magnin Co.,
Inc., San Francisco; Director of Planning and Construction of Amfac's Retail Division in Honolulu Hawaii (Liberty House);
positions as National Design Manager |
