If a web site visitor contacts you directly and you make a sale you owe us nothing. However, if our sales and marketing team connects you with a sales opportunity and you are paid for the sale you will owe us a small fee subject to our mutual agreement and understanding.
Most importantly, your agreement and understanding of any sales transaction fees is important to us because this affiliate program has been designed for our mutual benefit and provide value to you. |

Yes, a web site is not necessary or required because our sales activities are conducted on and off line. We have Account Executives seeking both project opportunities and resources to meet the project opportunity needs. Also, you can get listed in our list of Qualified Professionals without including a web site link. But if you do want a web site we can have a page designed for you for a very nominal fee. |

Yes, you can have multiple unique links on our site. But you will need a separate affiliate agreement for each link.

If we place links on constructionplace.com to your web site we will place them on pages that, in our sole opinion, will make it easy for visitors to find your particular product our service. However, if you provide us with a banner we will place it on our Affiliate Page.
You can also place a free link by getting listed as a Qualified Professional by including your URL.

You should be sure that the links are current and pointing to your selected location. Creating new links on different pages may increase link activity.

Yes, but only after you have signed our Affiliate Agreement. But we reserve the right to ask you to remove the link at any time at our sole discretion.

How long does it take to become an Affilitate? Why?
|
| A. |
About 72 hours from the time you express an interest in becoming an affiliate because we need to get the signed affiliate agreement from you. If you can't open the PDF file with the agreement we need to get a copy to you via regular mail, e-mail, or fax. Once we receive the signed agreement we place your contact information on our web site and distribute it to our sales and marketing team. The final step will be to notify you that this has been completed.
