Q. TopCan I setup a Billing Type for my account?
A. No, Constructionplace.com currently offers only one billing type at this time called non-recurring. This means that we do not automatically renew any others for you.

Recurring billing will be offered in the future.

Q. TopHow will I be billed for my constructionplace.com services?
A.

Constructionplace.com charges are applied to the payment method (credit card or purchase order number) that you used when you first ordered your first constructionplace.com service(s).

Constructionplace.com uses a Non-Recurring billing type. Recurring means we will continue to apply charges to the payment method that is currently active for your account until canceled by you. And Non-Recurring means the charge will only be applied to payment once until you process another charge.

All services are paid in advance including our on-line advice services.

A.

If you are an existing customer and you are uncertain of a charge to your credit card, please review that charge and if you wish to dispute a credit card charge, please fax a copy of your credit card statement to 1- 925-377-0187.

A.

At this time in the United States we accept most major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. In countries outside the United States we only accept American Express and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Q. TopWhat if I place a new order and my credit card fails?
A.

If your credit card fails you will receive an e-mail notification. Usually credit card transactions fail because information submitted does not match credit card on file with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.

If your credit card fails, you will receive an e-mail notification. Please see the Account Suspensions and Discontinued Service section for further information.

Q. TopWill I be notified that my account is suspended and my services discontinued?
A.

No, we do not send out suspension notices because you have the control to cancel your selected services at any time. See Cancellations below.

   
Q. TopWhat is the Account Suspension process?
A.

Basically, if we have not received payment for the service and/or product your account is suspended. Furthermore,we reserve the right to suspend your use without giving you any notice persunt to any violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Accounts suspended continuously for 30 days or more are subject to permanent DELETION from our servers.

VERY IMPORTANT: If we delete you from our servers all information, records and files associated with your account will be permanently removed and lost. It is your responsibility to keep current backup copies of any project files or information associated with your account.

(Note that all returned checks and credit card charge backs will result in immediate suspension without advance notice.)

Invoices and renewal notices, as well as all other critical communications from Constructionplace.com, will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your current registration information. It is the responsibility of each Customer to see that this e-mail address is current and accurate to assure the timely receipt of all Constructionplace.com communications, including invoices.

TopHow do I cancel my registration and/or services?

A.

Basic Registration can be cancelled by Contacting Us via e-mail saying "please remove our records from your data base".

Because we only use a Non-Recurring sytem just stop paying.

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT GIVE CREDIT FOR UNUSED REMAINING TIME.

TopI have cancelled my account. Why am I still being billed?

A.

You may have an unpaid invoice or outstanding charges, please send e-mail to our
Sales Department.

Q. TopAfter I cancel my account or unsubscribe, how do I receive a refund?
A.

If a refund is due you will receive it within 30 days of canceling your account. If no refund is due you will be notified by e-mail. For more information please see the Refund Policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, and you notify constructionplace.com in writing at Sales Department within the first 10 days of your order that you wish to cancel, you will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of your order amount. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date.

NOTE: This policy does not apply to the one time Basic Registration set up fee.

It is your responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on the account. Constructionplace.com will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information you have provided.

Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, our Accounting department will continue collection efforts.
