Chief
Financial Officer (CFO):
Candidate
will manage all financial and control aspects of a rapid growth
company. In addition, the candidate will work closely with the other
senior executives on the strategic management of the company. Specifically
the candidate must have direct experience and skills with the following:
- Experience in taking a growth company public with a top investment
bank
- Budgeting
- Developing and setting projections with analysts and institutional
investors
- Investor relations
- Strategic analytical skills for a public company
- Raised venture capital
- Must be high engergy, flexible and entrepreneurial
- MBA and/or CPA preferred

Administrative
Assistant and Bookkeeper:
Reports to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Candidate will be responsible to support the general office functions
and to assist the CFO. Specifically, candidate must have direct
experience and skills with the following:
- Making travel arrangements, providing telephone support, maintaining
adequate inventory of office supplies, process incoming and outgoing
mail, assist with and assemble promotional materials, administrative
project work as needed, faxing, emailing, and filing.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and general office functions
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and QuickBooks Pro or
equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- AA of BA preferred

Vice President, Business
Development:
Candidate must be able to manage all business development aspects
of a rapid growth company. In addition, the candidate will work
closely with the other senior executives on the strategic management
of the company. Specifically, candidate must have direct experience
and skills with the following:
- Experienced and creative dealmaker
- Business development skills particularly in the Internet and/or
high technology area
- Experience in developing, negotiating, forming and implementing
strategic partnerships and/or alliances and technology licensing
arrangements.
- Manage and motivate a business development staff
- Preferably both large company and small company experience
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability
to represent the company in many different situations
- High energy, flexible and entrepreneurial
- MBA strongly preferred

Vice
President, Human Resources:
Candidate must be able to manage all human resource aspects of a
rapid growth company. In addition, the candidate will work closely
with the other senior executives on the strategic management of
the company. Specifically, candidate must have direct experience
and skills with the following:

Vice
President, Marketing and Sales:
Candidate must be able to manage all marketing and sales aspects
of a rapid growth company. In addition, the candidate will work
closely with the other senior executives on the strategic management
of the company. Specifically, candidate must have direct experience
and skills with the following:
Setup and oversee the management of four regional (East Coast, Midwest,
West Coast and Hawaii) offices in the United States; and Asia and Europe.
- Develop and manage the advertising, direct marketing,
promotions, and market research functions to create awareness
and customer loyalty for this newly created company.
- Recruit, Manage and oversee a network of Account and Senior
Account Executives. These Account and Senior Account Executives
are independent contractors being compensated on a commission
basis.
- Develop and manage marketing communications including, design
and execution of the company's marketing communication strategy.
- Develop and manage the customer communications strategy including
email and other online marketing programs.
- Select and manage public relations and advertising firms in
support of the advertising and marketing programs.
- High energy, flexible and entrepreneurial
- Understanding of viral marketing preferred.
- Broad understanding of Internet technology trends as well as
web communication techniques including, but not necessarily limited
to, interactive web and email marketing; media planning and media
purchasing, and web online advertising.
- Newspaper, magazine, radio or TV advertising is a plus.
- MBA strongly preferred.

Account and Senior
Account Executives:
Reports to Vice President, Marketing and Sales and works closely
with company Project Managers.
Account Executives and Senior Account Executives are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS being compensated on a lucrative commission basis. - Or simply looking for a new challenge or career change part time or full time.
We are currently filling positions in four
regional areas in the United States (East Coast, Midwest, West Coast and Hawaii); and Asia and Europe. Candidates must be able to represent all marketing and sales aspects of a rapid
growth company. Specifically, candidates must have direct experience
and skills with the following:
- General knowledge of the construction industry associated
with marketing and sales strategies and information services.
- Ability to communicate and make contacts with high-level executives
and/or property owners or managers and business establishments
associated with building, remodeling, or improving their properties.
- Ability to communicate with students, educators, and individuals
and businesses inexperienced with the construction industry.
- Ability to communicate with design and construction professionals
of large and small companies.
- Comfortable with aggressive start-up timetable; travel necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High energy, flexible and entrepreneurial
- Good presentation skills using PowerPoint or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Internet and email experience a must.
- Four-year college degree strongly preferred.

Chief
Technical Officer (CTO):
Candidate must be able to manage all technical and non-technical
web site aspects of a rapid growth company. In addition, the candidate
will work closely with the other senior executives on the strategic
management of the company. Specifically, candidate must have direct
experience and skills with the following: The Web Production
Engineer may fill this position.
Web
Production Engineer:
Reports to Chief Technical Officer Candidate must be able to manage
all web site production and information handling aspects of a rapid
growth company. Specifically, candidate must have direct experience
and skills with the following:
- Create and maintain html/asp and graphic production
standards, integrating graphic design and content in the web site,
and overseeing and implementing html, JavaScript and other coding.
- Good understanding of typography, photography, illustration
and the basic elements of design a plus.
- Research, locate and manage outside resources and technology
to keep the following web site features up to date and ahead of
any competition: (auctions and bartering, chat rooms, secure email,
email forwarding, and unlimited email (POP) accounts.
- Maintain the company's data basis and search engines using internal
or external resources
- Experience in graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
and Dream weaver preferred.
- BS in Computer Science strongly preferred.

Vice President,
Advice and Consulting:
Candidate must be able to manage all on-line advice and consulting
aspects of a rapid growth company. In addition, the candidate will
work closely with the other senior executives on the strategic management
of the company. Specifically, candidate must have direct experience
and skills with the following:
- Setup and oversee the management of four regional
(East Coast, Midwest, West Coast and Hawaii) offices.
- Manage all advice and consulting activities associated with
company offered services.
- Coordinate all company construction management activities with
company's Affiliates.
- Coordinate all marketing associated with company's services
with the Vice President, Marketing and Sales.
- BA or BS in Construction Management strongly preferred.

Project Managers:
Reports to Vice President, Advice and Consulting and works closely
with and supports company Marketing and Sales Account Executives.
Positions will be filled in four regional areas in the United States
(East Coast, Midwest, West Coast and Hawaii); and Asia and Europe.
Specifically, candidates must have direct experience and knowledge
with the following:
- Construction projects involving new, remodels, tenant
and/or leasehold improvements associated with retail stores, offices,
banks, and/or other commercial and residential properties.
- Controlling job costs and schedules during construction using
scheduling software and/or spreadsheet programs.
- Monitoring projects for controlling the disbursement of funds
for construction loans.
- Coordinating work of subcontractors, suppliers and support professionals.
- Develop scope of work outlines and cost estimates for new and
remodeled projects.
- Comfortable with aggressive start-up timetable; travel necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High energy, flexible and entrepreneurial
- Good presentation skills using PowerPoint or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Internet and email experience a must.
- BA in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
