These courses are conducted within our My Project Organizer because we use actual systems, forms, and procedures used to plan, design, organize and manage real brick and mortar projects.

Our courses are evaluated on an Incomplete or Pass basis. We do not score or grade completed lessons.

Earn Certificates of Completion for successfully completing our courses and our courses may qualify for continuing education units (CEU's).

Our courses cover the major elements of the construction/project management process. All lessons start with detailed information associated with residential or commercial construction, including basic building design and construction practices. The focus of all courses, however, is on becoming an effective owner builder.

All courses are conducted within Constructionplace.com's My Project Organizer.

And the best part is that you can start your course immediately upon completing our Member Registration process. And you can complete the course at your own pace. And with our "Pay as you go" easy online payment system you only pay for 30 consecutive calendar day periods. We guarantee no long term commitments.

We offer one of the most affordable Certificate of Completion programs on the Internet and as such we do not include tutoring or mentoring as part of our course fees.

We do, however, provide As-needed Advice via E-mail at a very affordable cost (See Optional in the Course Requirements below. Furthermore, we encourage students not to use our as-needed e-mail advice services unless they feel it is absolutely necessary. Residential and commercial property owners, students, owner-builders, construction and real estate professionals are a few of whom can learn and benefit from our courses.

Upon request we can set up training or informational courses for homeowner associations and multi property owners in CC&R management and compliance, basic project and contractor management skills for achieving quality, cost savings and much more.

Currently we are not accredited by or affiliated with any college, university, learning institutions, or agencies.

However, we calculate Continuing Education Units (CEU's) at the rate of 10 hours equals 1 CEU or the equivalent to 10 CEU's per course and may qualify as such.

If you are taking a course for CEU credit please confirm with your crediting organization or agency that our courses are acceptable for this purpose before enrolling into a course.

We currently offer courses in:

• Contracting and Managing your Building or Remodeling Project

After a course has been selected you will be given the option of selecting a scope of work from:

• Simple home improvement projects;
• Residential building additions; or
• Commercial Tenant Improvement projects.

Upon successful course completion receive a Certificate of Completion for $50.00 including including shipping, handling and processing.	The Certificate of Completion Shipping, handling and processing fee is collected upon successful completion of the course.

My Project Organizer is a secure workplace on Constructionplace.com for helping property owners and professionals organize construction and/or improvement projects of any size.
