1. Information you provide – When you use various Ponta, Inc. services we ask you for “Personal information” that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address or billing information, or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by Ponta, Inc. services.

1.1       After logging into Constructionplace.com your name and e-mail address will appear in the search results.

8. Information sharing.  Ponta, Inc. only shares personal information in the following limited circumstances:

8.1       When you have consented. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any personal information.

When we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Also, you must understand that after your information is deleted it may still remain on backup systems not readily available to us.
